I am a warm, empathic, compassionate, engaging, and skilled therapist with over 20 years of experience using a variety of therapy approaches to fit your unique identity and concerns. I hope to help you relieve stress and better manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings, anger, and physical and emotional fatigue from work, marital, relationship, financial, or emotional problems; family or parenting issues; and/or abuse of drugs, alcohol, and food, or other addictions. My passion is helping clients prioritize their mental health and overall well-being at home, work, and in their relationship by slowing down and pay more attention to themselves. Our goal is to gently peel away layers trauma or whatever challenges you are facing at this point in your life that prevent you from being your best self as we explore opportunities for self-compassion and self-discovery. You can anticipate sessions providing tools and strategies for improving communication, calming self-criticism, and self-doubt, and increasing self-awareness and self-confidence to care for yourself and manage daily challenges effectively.
