Compassion, Self-Discovery, Healing, and Renewal
I am a warm, empathic, compassionate, engaging, and skilled therapist with over 20 years of experience with diverse clients and in many settings. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and PTSD. My passion is assisting clients to prioritize rest in body, mind, and spirit at home, work, and relationships by intentionally slowing down to cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion.
Clients can expect to engage in collaborative therapy sessions, which encourage open dialogue and exploration of their thoughts and feelings. Clients will be introduced to and guided through a therapeutic process and life practice that promotes self-compassion and healing, whether they are addressing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship conflicts, or PTSD. Additionally, clients will benefit from the center's emphasis on cultural sensitivity and inclusivity, ensuring their backgrounds and perspectives are honored throughout the therapeutic process.
Ultimately, clients can look forward to a transformative journey that empowers them to develop resilience, gain clarity, and embrace their authentic selves as they work toward lasting emotional well-being.
